Our public training courses are open to participants from any organization. They run on announced dates in different cities and are delivered by specialised experts in a practical, interactive style.

Why public courses

Public course dates are announced in advance in a clear annual schedule of cities and dates, so you can plan ahead and take your place on the course that fits your timing. Courses run in Abu Dhabi, Barcelona, Dubai, Istanbul. The schedule currently holds 4654 courses.

The room brings you together with participants from different organizations and sectors who enrich discussion and experience sharing — something a course closed to a single team cannot offer — and every participant who completes the course receives a certificate of attendance from the institute.

Organizations that nominate participants regularly receive a special discount when nominating 10 or more participants during the year.

How to register

Pick a course from the public schedule at the city and date that suit you, then send your registration.1 And if your plans change afterwards, you have more than one alternative.2

Notes

Confirmation and payment. A registration is confirmed once the invoice is issued; fees are settled before the course starts by bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellation and substitution. Cancellation up to 5 working days before the course is free of charge. After that, a substitute participant may attend or the registration can be moved to a later date; no-shows are charged in full.
